Most installation problems start before anything is bought. A tonnage picked off a rule of thumb, an outdoor unit put wherever there was space, a drain run with no fall. None of it shows up on the day of handover — it shows up in April, when the room will not hold and the unit is tripping.
So we start with the building. Heat load from the glazing and the lighting, how many people are in the room and when, what the electrical supply can take, where a condenser can sit and still breathe. That takes an hour on site and it decides the whole job.
After that it is ordinary careful work: equipment on site, piping and wiring run properly, drains with fall, units commissioned and balanced, and a drawing handed over that matches what is actually installed.

Copper, drainage and electricals
Refrigerant piping brazed and pressure tested, drains run with fall and trapped, and a dedicated circuit with the right breaker rather than a spur off whatever was nearby.

Clearances that let the condenser breathe, stands where airflow needs to get underneath, and a position that can actually be reached for service later.

Commissioning and handover
Charge checked, airflow balanced, controls proved, and a short walk-through with whoever is going to be operating the system.

Questions we get asked
Do you charge for the site visit?
No. Anywhere inside Chennai the first visit and the quote are free. Further out we will still come, but we will tell you on the phone how long it takes us to get there so you know what a future breakdown call looks like.
How long does an installation take?
A single ductable unit in a ready space is usually a day or two. A full office floor with VRF is two to three weeks depending on how the ceiling and electrical work is running. We give you a sequence with the quote rather than a single end date.
Which brands do you install?
Daikin, Mitsubishi, Blue Star, Hitachi, Voltas, LG, Carrier, Panasonic and IFB. We are multi-brand dealers, so the equipment gets picked for the building rather than because it is the only thing we carry.
What happens after the warranty year?
Most customers move onto an annual maintenance contract, comprehensive or otherwise. You are not obliged to — plenty of people just ring us when something stops.
