Guindy gives us both ends of the trade in the same day — a hotel guest floor in the morning and a factory ventilation survey in the afternoon.
On the hospitality side the work is phased and mostly nocturnal: guest rooms handed back before check-in, public areas done in the low season, kitchens overhauled without stopping service. Several of the properties we hold contracts for are in this area.
On the industrial estate side it is a different job entirely — heat and fume extraction, air changes, three-phase supplies, and programmes that fit between shifts.
