Maintenance is where a contractor earns or loses the relationship. Anyone can sell you equipment; the question is who turns up in May when the compressor trips during a function.
Our contracts run on a fixed visit schedule with a checklist per unit — coils, filters, drains, refrigerant, electricals, controls. What was found and what was done gets written down against that unit, so a pattern is visible before it becomes a failure.
We keep the same engineers on the same buildings deliberately. It is slower to set up and it is the reason a call about a fault often ends with someone naming the unit before they have left the office.

What does an AMC cost?
It depends on the number of units, their age, their type and how far out of town the site is. Send us an equipment list and we will price it properly instead of quoting a per-unit rate that does not fit your building.
How often do you visit?
Quarterly on most contracts, more often for kitchens, clean rooms and anything running continuously. The schedule is fixed in the contract so it is not left to memory.
Do you take on equipment somebody else installed?
Regularly. We survey it first and tell you plainly what condition it is in — including anything we would not want to warrant — before the contract starts.
What is the response time for a breakdown?
Same day within Chennai for contract customers, and we prioritise sites where a failure stops a business — kitchens, server rooms, clean rooms, operating areas.
