A heritage building, so nothing could be surface-run
In an old clubhouse the constraint is not load, it is what you are allowed to touch. Nothing could be surface-run across the original walls and ceilings.
We used existing service voids where they were there and built discreet routes where they were not, keeping grilles small and to the edges of rooms.
The kitchen and service areas took the conventional treatment, since they are out of sight and needed the capacity.
