Halls, labs and offices across a working campus
Campus work has one good thing about it: there are two windows a year when the buildings are genuinely empty, and everything gets planned around them.
Lecture halls fill and empty on a bell, so the fresh air matters more than the tonnage. We sized ventilation for occupancy rather than floor area.
The laboratories and the administrative block were straightforward by comparison, and were done first so the halls had the longer run.
