A clean room is a documentation exercise as much as an engineering one. What is installed has to match what is on paper, and it has to be demonstrable on the day someone comes to validate it.
We build the air handling with terminal filtration at the room, set the pressure cascade so air always moves from the cleaner side to the less clean side, and seal the ductwork to suit the class of the room rather than to a general standard.
Handover includes the filter certificates, the test readings and a drawing set that matches what is actually above the ceiling — not the version from before the site changed.

Do you handle the panels and the room build too?
Our scope is the air side — AHUs, ducting, filtration, pressure control and commissioning. We work alongside the panel and flooring contractors and will coordinate the sequence with them.
Can a clean room be built inside a running facility?
Yes, and most of ours are. It is a matter of screening the work area, controlling dust, and doing the noisy and dirty parts outside operating hours.
What maintenance does a clean room need?
Filter checks and changes on schedule, differentials verified, and the AHU serviced properly. The pressure cascade is the thing that quietly drifts, so it gets checked at every visit.
Do you provide the validation documentation?
We provide the engineering records — test readings, filter certificates, as-builts — which is what your validation team or external agency will work from.
