Fit-out support and handover to the in-house team
We came in during fit-out, working alongside the interiors contractor on a programme that moved every week.
Most of our time went on the ducting and the terminal units above a ceiling that kept changing height. The rest went on commissioning — balancing the air, proving the controls, and recording what was actually installed rather than what was drawn.
At handover we spent two days with the in-house engineering team walking them through the system, because a set of drawings on its own is not a handover.
