Room-by-room replacement across the guest wings
The brief was straightforward and the constraint was not: replace tired equipment across the guest wings without the hotel ever losing more than a handful of rooms at a time.
We worked from a room list agreed with the front office each week. Old units out, new ones in, drains re-run where the fall was wrong, and the room handed back cleaned the same night.
In the banquet block we rebuilt the air handling and re-ran the return path, which had been the reason the hall took so long to pull down after a full function.
