Two hotels sharing a site and a service team
Two hotels on one plot, with different room counts, different guest expectations and a shared back-of-house. The equipment list is long and the access windows are short.
We handle both properties with one team, which means a single point of contact for the engineering manager and no arguing about which building a fault belongs to.
The kitchen block sees the heaviest use. Hood extract, make-up air and the dish-wash area were all overhauled, with cleaning access designed in this time.
