An office floor, zoned so half of it can be empty
Offices are rarely full any more. Designing one zone for a whole floor means paying to cool empty desks.
We split the floor into zones that follow how the space is actually used — open desking, meeting rooms, the server area — so each can run on its own.
The server room was given its own unit with standby, because it is the one part of an office that cannot wait until Monday.
