A hall that has to cool 400 people in twenty minutes
Banquet halls are an unusual load. Empty for hours, then four hundred people walk in at once and the room has to hold.
We sized for the peak but designed the control so the hall is not being cooled hard when it is empty, which is where the running cost goes in most halls of this type.
The kitchen behind it needed its own answer — heavy extract over the range line and enough make-up air that the doors are not fighting you.
