Chilled water side and the banquet floor
The plant room had grown by addition over the years — valves that no longer did anything, pipework re-routed twice, no clear isolation for maintenance. We re-worked the headers so that each section can now be isolated on its own.
On the banquet floor the issue was recovery time. A hall that empties after a 500-cover function has to be back at temperature quickly, and it was not.
Reworking the supply and return, and giving the space a proper fresh-air path, fixed it without more tonnage.
